Overview

GetClap is a modern event management platform designed specifically for event coordinators and organizers managing multiple live and future events simultaneously. The platform enables teams to efficiently plan, organize, and monitor every stage of an event lifecycle while collaborating with remote teams and vendors in real time.

The product was designed with a strong focus on usability, task visibility, and operational efficiency to help organizers streamline communication and maintain full control over complex event workflows.

Problem

Managing large-scale events often involves coordinating multiple teams such as caterers, decorators, lighting engineers, audio-visual technicians, and vendors across different locations and timelines.

Traditional workflows relied heavily on fragmented communication channels, manual task tracking, and disconnected planning tools, which created delays, miscommunication, and operational inefficiencies. Event coordinators struggled to monitor progress, resolve blockers quickly, and maintain visibility across multiple ongoing events.

Solution

I designed GetClap as a centralized event management solution that simplifies task delegation, collaboration, and coordination between multiple teams. The platform enables organizers to assign tasks seamlessly, monitor progress in real time, and resolve issues efficiently through a unified workflow experience.

The design focuses on improving productivity through intuitive dashboards, clear task management systems, and streamlined communication flows. By optimizing the overall event coordination process, GetClap helps teams execute events more efficiently while reducing operational complexity and improving event outcomes.
