Overview

The 1Kosmos mobile app redesign focused on improving the digital identity management experience through a secure, intuitive, and user friendly interface. The platform was built to simplify authentication workflows while supporting advanced biometric technologies and enterprise grade security standards.

Problem

Managing digital identity and authentication can often feel complicated, especially when users are required to navigate multiple verification steps, security layers, and onboarding processes. The existing experience needed better usability, clearer user flows, and a more seamless way to handle biometric authentication without increasing friction.

Solution

I redesigned the mobile experience with a strong focus on simplicity, trust, and accessibility. The new UX streamlined onboarding, identity verification, and authentication flows while integrating biometric login and two factor authentication into a more intuitive journey. By simplifying complex security interactions and improving interface clarity, the platform delivered a faster, more secure, and user centered authentication experience across mobile devices.
